নাটোরবাসীর প্রাণেরদাবী একটি পাবলিক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়

নাটোরে দুটি রাজবাড়ি রয়েছে কম বেশি আপনারা সবাই জানেন । একটি হচ্চে বাংলাদেশ সরকারের উত্তরাঞ্চলীয় গণভবন আর অন্যটি হচ্ছে নাটোর রাজবাড়ী । আপনারা হয়ত অবগত আছেন নাটোরের সাথে আসে পাশের জেলা সহ সকল জেলার সাথেই যোগাযোগ বেবস্থা খুবই ভাল , যেকোনো সময় যে কোন স্থানে যেতে চাইলে আপনাকে খুব বেশি একটা বেগ পেতে হবে না । যা আমরা মাঝে মাঝে বগুড়া, পাবনা, রাজশাহীতে গেলে দেখি রাত ৮টা বেজে গেছে তো আপনি গেছেন, অই দিন আপনাকে সেখানেই থাকতে হবে । কাজের কথায় আসা যাক নাটোরের রয়েছে সমৃদ্ধ ইতিহাস সংস্কৃতি উল্লেখ যোগ্য অনেক স্থান । আর জানতে চাইলে (http://www.dcnatore.gov.bd) তে একটু ঘুরে আসলে দেখতে পাবেন । আমাদের নিজস্বতার জন্য রয়েছে আলাদা পরিচিতি । কিন্তু শিক্ষা ক্ষেত্রে বরাবরই আমাদের বঞ্চিত করা হয়েছে । পাবনা, বগুড়া, রাজশাহি তে এক বা একাধিক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থাকলেও নাটোর একটি সম্ভাবনাময় জেলা হওয়া সত্তেও একটি সরকারী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় আজ প্রতিষ্ঠা করা হয় নি । অতচ একটি পাবলিক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় স্থাপন করার জন্য যে সুযোগ সুবিধা , যায়গা যোগাযোগ সকল কিছুই বিদ্যমান । আমাদের নাটোর বাসীর প্রানের দাবী নাটোর রাজবাড়ীতে একটি পাবলিক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় স্থাপন করা হোক । একনজরে দেখে নিন নাটোর রাজবাড়ীর কিছু ছবি
এই ছবিটি মুল গেটের , এর চার পাশে রয়েছে নিরাপত্তা বেষ্টনী এবং পুকুর যার পাড়ে রয়েছে অনেক পুরাতন গাছ আর নারিকেল গাছ আপনি সে খানে কিছু সময় অপেক্ষা করলে মনে হবে প্রাচীন সেই অতীতে চলে গেছেন ।

আপনি রাজবাড়ীতে ঢুকার পর ডান পাশে রয়েছে এই বিল্ডিংটি যে যা বর্তমানে অবাবহারিত এর ভেতরে রয়েছে অনেক যায়গা যেখানে একটি আলাদা ডিপার্টমেন্ট করা সম্ভব । এই সামনের যে ফাকা যায়গা টুকু দেখা যাচ্ছে তা বর্তমানে ঈদ মাঠ ।


এই বিল্ডিং টি অপরের বিল্ডিং এর উত্তর পাশের যার অর্ধেক টা নাটোর লাল বাজার পুলিশ ফাঁড়ি হিসাবে বেবহারিত হচ্ছে । আর বেশির ভাগটুকুই অবাবহারিত ।

নাটোর রাজবাড়ী অনেকে পাগলা রাজার বা বনলতা সেনের বাড়ি ও বলে থাকেন ।
সব মিলিয়ে নাটোর রাজবাড়ীতে ৭ টি বড় বড় পুরাতন কারুকার্য খচিত বিল্ডিং রয়েছে । আপনার অপরে যে গেটের ছবি দেখছেন তার ডান পাশে রয়েছে কয়েকটি ৫ তলা বিল্ডিং যা পরে নির্মাণ করা হয়েছে । এবং টা ব্যবহার করছেন সরকারী কর্মকর্তারা । আর বাম পাশের কিছু যায়গা দেওয়া হয়েছে নাটোর ভুমি অফিস কে ।

যা যা আছে ভেতরে ঃ
৭ টি বিল্ডিং, ৫ টি পুকুর, ৩ টি মন্দির, এর মাঝে একটি সিব মন্দির, একটি আনন্দ ভবন, একটি ঈদ মাঠ, একটি মসজিদ একটি পুলিশ ফাঁড়ি এবং পুরা বাড়িটি ঘিরে রয়েছে পুকুর ।

নাটোরে উচ্চশিক্ষা প্রথিস্থান বলতে, এন,এস সরকারী কলেজ, যেখানে জাতিও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অধীনে ১২-১৫ বিষয়ে অনার্স পড়ানো হয় আর রানি ভবানি সরকারী কলেজ যেখানে শুধু মাত্র একটি বিষয়ে অনার্স পড়ানো হয় । আর কিছু দিন আগে একটি বেসরকারি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অনুমোদন দেওয়া হয়েছে । এই দুটি কলেজে বর্তমানে যে সিট রয়েছে টা পর্যাপ্ত নয় । নওগাঁ জেলার অনেক ছাত্র ছাত্রী এইখানে এসে ভর্তি হয় । অনেক ছেলে মেয়ের লেখা পরার ইচ্ছা থাকা সত্তে সামর্থ্য আর সুযোগের অভাবে বাহিরের কোন বিশবিদ্দালয়ে লেখা পড়া করতে পারছে না । তাই আমি সরকারের কাছে অনুরধ করব নাটোর রাজবাড়ীতে একটি পাবলিক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় স্থাপন করে আমাদের ও আসে পাশের জেলার সিক্ষাত্থিদের উচ্চ শিক্ষা গ্রহনের সুযোগ করে দিবেন ।

আপনার যে পরিমান সামর্থ্য আছে তাই নিয়েই হয়ে যান একজন উদ্যোক্তা , কর্ম খোঁজা নয় কর্মসংস্থান সৃষ্টি করুন

যেকোনো কাজে উদ্যোগ নেওয়া ও উদ্যোক্তা হওয়ার মাঝে অনেক কিছুই অর্জন করার আছে , এখানে আপনি শিখবেন মানুষ আপনাকে কত ভাবে ঠকাতে পারে ! আপনি শিখবেন আপনার অধিনস্তরা কীভাবে আপনাকে ফাকি দিচ্চে। প্রতিনিয়ত আপনাকে টিকে থাকার জন্য নতুন নতুন পলিছি গ্রহন করতে হবে এবং সে অনুসারে সামনে এগিয়ে জেতে হবে । আপনার সামনে মাঝে মাঝে অপার সম্ভাবনা আবার অনেক হতাশা দেখা দিবে আপনাকে তা বুদ্ধি ও বাস্তবটার নিরিখে বিচার করে সিধান্ত নিতে হবে । একটি কর্ম ক্ষেত্র তৈরি করতে পারাতে অনেক আত্মতুষ্টি ও আনন্দ আছে তা যে পরিসরেই হোক না কেন ? আপনি হয়ত প্রথমে অনেক বড় কিছু করতে না পারলেন সেটা ছোট হলে হলে আপনাকে যে অভিজ্ঞতা দিবে তা পরবর্তীতে অনেক কাজে লাগবে। আপনার কাজের স্বাধীনতা থাকবে এখানে সাথে ইচ্ছার ও । আপনি এইখানে নেতৃত্ব দিবেন যা আপনার অনেক গুলি গুণের মাঝে ঠাই করে নিবে । আমি মনে করি আপনি যে অবস্থায় জেখানেই থাকেন না কেন আপনার ও উচিত একজন উদ্যোক্তা হওয়া । এক্ষেত্রে আপনার মূলধন থাকলে ভাল কথা না থাকলেও হতাশার কিছু নেই আপনার পাশে দারানর জন্য অনেকেই আছেন সেক্ষেত্রে আপনার কর্ম , আপনার উদ্দেশ্য , আপনার বেক্তিত্ত সব কিছুরই স্বচ্ছতা ও গ্রহন যোগ্যতা থাকতে হবে । উদ্দেশ্য হতে হবে সৎ এসকল বিষয় গুলি আপনার মাঝে থাকলে কোন প্রতিবন্ধকতাই আপনাকে রোধ করতে পারবেনা। আজ এ পর্যন্তই ভাল থাকবেন সবাই । আল্লাহ্‌ হাফেয
